nextstep is a free careers service for everyone aged 20 and over. We offer face-to-face help and support about training, learning and the world of work.

nextstep is a national service and this is the website for Yorkshire and the humber. If you live outside Yorkshire and the Humber you can find details of your local nextstep office from the Directgov nextstep website.

Our aim:

nextstep will give you access to information and advice on learning and work. Wherever you are, you will receive the same high-quality service:
